We offer FREE shipping on all orders within 30 days remorse period! Your order will be dispatched within 2 working days of receiving payment (Monday to Friday), and you can expect to receive it 3 to 5 days after dispatch.

In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, we are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.

Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one.

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

• What's included (Pre-owned/Refurbished): Device (transceiver) ONLY. In case you received any accessories, those are considered extra, free gifts, and shall not be used against the seller in forms of negative reviews, etc.
• What's included (New/Original Box): Device and accessories, everything that comes within the original sealed retail packaging, can be expected.

International Shipping & Returns Policy

Please note that we do not accept international orders at this time. We currently ship only within the United States.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for international purchases, including any third-party forwarding services. We are not responsible for any lost, delayed, or damaged shipments outside of our shipping zone.
